Spirit Doses
Unlike the traditional use of tinctures where it is common to take up to 90 drops at a time, the Spirit Doses are micro-doses (1 to 4 drops). Similarly to flower essences, it assists a work on a spiritual level and helps undo emotional blockages rather than working on a physical level. The main difference is that the Spirit Doses contain plants constituents unlike the flower essences which only contain the vibratory essence of the flowers. The taste and smell of the tinctures used in a Spirit Doses blend also helps to connect with plants.
How is it used?
The effect is subtle, so I recommend to use it during times of introspection. For example, before meditating, taking a bath, or before going for a walk in nature or engaging in a ritual. You can also use it before a situation that may exacerbate an emotional blockage or trauma.
What does it look like?
A 15 ml bottle (= 450 drops) containing either a blend of different tinctures or a blend of tinctures and water based extracts. A flower, a leaf or a piece of root, mushroom or spice might be added to the bottle to contribute to the synergy of the plants.
What are emotional blockages?
They are often the result of poor management of emotions. It occurs when we try to suppress, avoid or escape our emotions in a conscious or unconscious way rather than facing our unresolved issues. We don't go through our pain, treat it or heal it. Instead, we bury it and sweep it under the carpet so we can forget that it even exists. The discomfort and weight of our difficult emotions is terrifying to us. We practice avoidance. However, when we do not feel these emotions, we cannot heal ourselves from them. Emotional blockages develop from this resistance. They can cause intense emotional fluctuations, sharp mood swings, and difficult episodes of depression and anxiety. We can heal ourselves by allowing ourselves to feel our emotions. By appealing to our inner strength and with the help of plants, we can now deal with these scary feelings.
