I now offer a coaching service coaching according to my personal approach, the Phyto-introspection, combining the use of medicinal plants and the exploration of messages from the unconscious, inspired by the work of Carl G. Jung.
Who is this for?
For those who want to know themselves better and for the curious who want to explore their unconscious and discover what is hidden in there. The goal is to support you and give you tools for introspection.

How does it work?
First there is the initial meeting. Then, according to your needs, I create a tailor-made program using different techniques (tarot, dream interpretation, active imagination, automatic writing or drawing, guided meditation, somatic awareness, plants, ritual, journal, observation).
At the end of each consultation, you leave with a small exploratory exercise to do before the next meeting.
Consultations take place every 3 weeks and a minimum of two follow-up consultations are required to benefit from the coaching service.
