À travers des consultations privées, je propose différents outils pour vous accompagner selon vos intentions. Mon approche est intuitive, créative et empathique et se concentre sur le support émotionnel, créant ainsi une présence en favorisant la confiance et l’ouverture.
I have developed a very personal approach that I call Phyto-introspection, introspection combining the use of plants with tools promoting introspection.
I have had a curiosity and a fascination for the unconscious for a long time and I believe that it is important to have a good relationship and good communication with it, to better understand and know yourself. There are different ways to access the unconscious. The ones I propose are the interpretation of dreams (based on the writings of Eugene T. Gendlin, Carl G. Jung and Leslie Ellis) as well as the use of tarot cards (Rider Waite version) according to a personal approach.. These two tools can be very useful in times of blockage or questioning. I also work with certain plants that facilitate access to the unconscious, for example mugwort, blue lotus and certain floral elixirs.
There is also space for the spirituality and poetry of plants in my approach. I see myself as a matchmaker allowing you to meet plants that will support you like friends towards your return to balance. There is something incredibly beautiful and touching about this process and I feel extremely privileged to be able to accompany you through it.
About me
Émilie Payeur is also an interdisciplinary artist particularly fond of working with what is akin to sound, video, modeling clay, found objects,elements from the nature, performance, most often in the context of installations (in situ).
She has been interested in medicinal plants for many years and it was through a process of personal healing that she became aware of the power of plants and decided to begin her practice in Phyto-introspection. Nuage was born from the meeting between his artistic and herbal practice and his desire to review his role as an artist in society.
Émilie lives and works in Verdun, Montreal. She is also interested in psychology, traumas, the unconscious, dreams, mycology and altered states of consciousness and the culture and folklore of Finland.
